4. Prohibited Conduct

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, United Kingdom.
